Few like to cook during the five days of Durga Puja, even fewer like to have usual home cooked food. But this year it's different! Although, some may prefer having home cooked food because of Covid fear, from the 10-Member-Residents Team's side - hygienically cooked food will be available as usual, albeit with a few systematic changes!
- There'll be options of both Buffet Sit-down Meals (in Eastern Center) & Pre-Paid Packed Meals this year.
- Max five (5) Subsidized Food Coupons will be issued per flat per meal to Residents, who have paid the min subscription of Rs 1200/-.
- Food Coupon(s) once bought, will NOT be taken back or Money be refunded.
- For Buffet "sit-down meals", Separate Food Coupons need to be bought for kids 5 years and above.
- Sitting arrangement for Veg and Non-Veg will be in Separate Rooms
- Extra Parcel Charges of Rs 20/- per coupon plate need to be paid during buying Coupons.
- If parcel option is not booked early during buying Food Coupons, Parcel delivery is NOT allowed by paying charges on-spot at Parcel Delivery Desk

Sale & Purchase of Food Cooupons:
We urge you to Book & Pay for your Food Coupons early!.
- Please Download the Food Coupon Order Form. Please - Print, Fill In, Calculate the Amount Due and Bring to the Coupon Sales Counter.
- Due to different validation & calculations, long wait time & queue is expected at the Durga Puja Food Coupon counter this year. Residents are requested & expected to come with precise "amount" during cash payment. It may not be possible for us to return the difference between Total Due and Amount Paid, if any. Please help us by tendering exact amount
- Impatience & yelling at Food Coupon counters, which are mostly volunteered by Sr citizen of Eastern High is prohibited.
- Coupons can be purchased from the Counter that'll be opended under Tower-5 & managed by the Members from 30.09.2022 between 9:30 AM & 12 Noon in the morning and then from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM in the evening
- Residents must verify and satisfy having received ALL the requested coupons as paid for, at the time of receiving coupons. No claim of any error will be entertained later.
Meal Timings, Collection & Delivery of Pre-Packed Meals:
- Meal as well as Packed Food Delivery timings will be as follows ( ± 30 minutes ):
- LUNCH: 1PM to 3PM.
- DINNER: 9PM to 11PM.
- Delivery of packed meals for BOTH NON-VEG and VEG will be made from counters set-up separately - please do form a queue to collect.
- Please REMEMBER, Own Containers are Strictly Prohibeted
- Opening of packets to verify quantity inside any wrapped/covered packet etc. at or around the meal packet delivery counter will NOT be permitted, though few tables may be kept at a distance so to count/verify packets inside the polythene carrier bag.
- No additional arrangements for pick-up of garbage bag from flats will be made during the day or night. Neither any GARBAGE TROLLEY will be kept near the entrance of Towers. Residents must necessarily keep the garbage generated out of packed meals inside their respective flats for next morning collection from floors/flats. Must not under any circumstance be dropped or left anywhere on the ground floor or upper ground floor car parking spaces.
- Packing of meals will be organised inside enclosed and duly cleaned Halls inside Eastern Center for both Non-Vegetarian and Vegetarian items, and also be supervised by team of members so as to ensure fixed right quantity.
- Cooked items will be stored in recently purchased containers owned by EHCSC/EHAOA, properly covered, after hygienic cleaning of raw Vegetables, Paneer, Fish, Chicken, Mutton etc and hygienic cooking, mostly using EHCSC/EHAOA owned utensils.
