Masks and hand sanitizers:
EHCSC urges all residents to wear masks at all times and use hand sanitizers (that will be placed near Pandal) before entering the puja pandal. EHCSC will have masks and sanitizers in the close vicinity of the pandal for people who might have come to puja without one.

Decongested rituals:
EHCSC urges residents to offer Pushpanjali, etc in a staggered manner so that people can attend in smaller groups. The priests will use microphone while reciting prayers to ensure people can hear while maintaining physical distancing. No cultural programme:
As per government guidelines, there will be no cultural programmes inside or near the puja pandals.

Low-key inaugurations and immersions:
As per the government guidelines, EHCSC will keep inauguration a minimalist affair with no pomp and grandeur. For immersion, the EHCSC will follow pre-allotted ghat timings from NKDA (to be informed to EHCSC). The Durga idols will be taken directly to the ghat without any stopovers.

Gathering inside Pandals:
The Durga Puja Pandal will be minimalistic and spacious and with the sides open. EHCSC urges residents to avoid crowing inside the Pandals. No chairs or sitting arrangements are allowed inside the pandal.

Ban on Entry of flying external daily visitors:
EHCSC has instructed Security NOT to allow any entry of visitors during Durga Puja Days without approval from Residents through MyGate. Hence, Durga Puja daily visitors will not be allowed entry in Eastern High unless, they are pre-registered as Guests in MyGate.
